Shipping policy

We will try our best to ensure packaging is done to prevent damage to the goods, but we have no control of how shipment will be handled by third-party logistics provider. 

We can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. P.O. Box addresses cannot be delivered.

We will deliver the products you ordered to the delivery address you give us through our staff or a third-party logistics provider. Kindly ensure that full and correct address is provided when placing orders. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. If you have instructed us or logistics provider to leave your parcel outside the door or at the concourse, any missing delivery under such circumstances shall be at your own risk. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reason.

Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and no refund will be given to the amount spend on the order. 

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.


International delivery
We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.

 

Shipping fee
A flat rate of RM15 per box will be charged for delivery within West Malaysia. Delivery within East Malaysia will charge a flat rate of RM30 per box.

 

Delivery lead time
All products purchased from us will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days. If you have not received your product after the scheduled day, please do not hesitate to contact us.
